Kick things off Tuesday with “The Time Traveler’s Toast” cocktail hour on the hotel terrace, then head to the “Sack Attack Showdown” cornhole tournament—where fun meets fundraising for OK-Pac. Wrap up the night with open dinner time and a sweet First-Time Attendee Ice Cream Social.
On Wednesday, fuel up with breakfast before diving into a day of impactful sessions—from a legislative update to practical AI tools, leadership insights, and tackling burnout. Celebrate the FILO graduates, compete in “Time Travelers’ Trivia Tables”, and build connections that will shape your agency’s future. CE credits, peer learning, prizes, and future-focused inspiration—don’t miss it!
Hotel Information: Group reservations are available at the Lively Hotel on OAK Oklahoma City, part of Hilton’s Tapestry Collection, located at 5101 North Pennsylvania Avenue, Oklahoma City, OK 73112. The group rate is $169 per night plus applicable taxes, valid for stays from Monday, September 15th to Wednesday, September 17th, 2025. The group rate expires on Saturday, August 23rd, or sooner if the block fills.
