To comply or excel? What a challenging question to ask about anything, much less business ethics! Yet how often do we try to fence in bad decisions or bad behavior when what we really should be doing is dealing with the root cause of the problem in the first place. This session will address 6 classical virtues that form the foundation for growth, innovation, and world class customer service by truly excelling ethically, rather than an illusion of reducing risk and eliminating unethical behavior through check-the-box type compliance.
