Communications Toolkit Overview:

With the age of email, instant messaging it’s easy to leave standard agency communication language and the expectation of its use to chance.  Every agency with a keen eye for high-quality client service AND errors and omission risk management must still establish communication standards and expect their personnel to follow those guidelines.

These sample client communications are designed as a place to start to establish your standard organizational messages.  Each should be reviewed by several layers of your team, perhaps even an attorney to make sure you are clearly and carefully communicating your message whether by letter, email, Outlook QuickParts, even key verbiage that can be inserted as an Outlook “signature” to ensure that your messages say exactly what you intend for them to say and have been vetted by your agency leadership team and counsel.
