Reservations can be made under our room block from Thursday, September 28th-Saturday, September 30th at the Colcord Hotel- 15 N. Robinson Ave. Oklahoma City, OK 73102

Reservation Cut Off Deadline is Tuesday, September 5th, 2023.

Refunds/Cancellation:

• Cancellations made 45 days or more in advance of the event date will receive 100% refund.
• Cancellations made within 30-44 days of the event, will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made 8-14 days prior to the event, will receive a 25% refund.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.
  • Event cancellation policies are subject to change- Please reach out to us if you need to change your registration.
