This year, we’re turning up the fun with a block party theme! Leave the business attire at home and come dressed for the occasion—perhaps even ready to show off your EH25 t-shirt you'll receive when you arrive! 

Building on the momentum of last year’s success, this year’s program is packed with dynamic speakers, engaging sessions, and meaningful opportunities to connect with other professionals as we celebrate and empower women to excel. 

This year’s keynote address, “The Purpose Formula” by Jessica Rimmer, PhD, will guide you on a powerful journey of discovering, reigniting, or embracing your purpose. Whether you are thriving in your purpose, searching for it, or feeling discouraged, this session will offer energy, inspiration, and practical strategies to help you lead with clarity and confidence.  (1 Hour Ethics CE credit approved.) 

You’ll also hear from Helen Kasper, COO of Dillingham Insurance and BIGiOK Board of Directors member, in an inspiring conversation titled “She’s Making It, So Can You.” Helen will share her journey, insights, and lessons learned to empower attendees with actionable takeaways for achieving their goals. 

We are excited to extend our impact beyond this single event by supporting Dress for Success, an organization whose mission is to empower women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire, and the development tools needed to thrive in work and life. Attendees are encouraged to bring donations of professional clothing to the event to help support this vital resource for women entering or advancing in the workforce. BIGiOK will also collect donations throughout the month of March, ensuring we maximize our collective support for this important cause. Donation Items can Include: Interview appropriate suits Interview appropriate blouses, Professional separates including slacks, skirts, dresses, blazers, and jackets, Work appropriate closed-toe shoes, Handbags, briefcases, portfolios work appropriate handbags, Unused undergarments and hosiery, Unused & unexpired cosmetics,  Work appropriate jewelry. The items do not need to be hung up however, they request they be clean. :)
