• First Time Attendees may get $25 off their registration! Not valid with other credits or discounts.
• Member AGENTS- Please register by August 5th at 11:59AM to get the "Early Bird Special" - $179!
• After August 5th, the price will increase to $199 for member agents.

Reservations can be made under our room block from Wednesday, September 24th-Sunday, September 29th at the Shangri-La Resort.

Refunds/Cancellation:

• Cancellations made 45 days or more in advance of the event date will receive 100% refund.
• Cancellations made within 30-44 days of the event, will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made 8-14 days prior to the event, will receive a 25% refund.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.
