Description: Cannabis legalization represents a significant business opportunity to insurance agents and brokers. However, there are still many grey areas and legal concerns that deter some from capitalizing on the growing business segment. In this, our second session on cannabis, we will explore the history of legalization, the emerging trends and the laws in Oklahoma and beyond. We will discuss banking and financial concerns for insurance professionals and many more relevant topics pertaining to insuring against the risk of loss to these budding businesses.
