KOLBE: My Operating Manual - virtual workshop

Description

Every vehicle comes with an owner’s manual to help it run smoothly and avoid unnecessary wear and tear—so why don’t we have one for ourselves? In this interactive Kolbe workshop, participants will create their own Operating Manual—a personal guide that explains how they “run” at their best, what keeps them fueled, and what can cause a breakdown in productivity.

Using insights from the Kolbe A™ Index, this session helps participants turn self-awareness into a roadmap for effective teamwork and sustainable performance.

Participants will:

  • Translate their Kolbe A™ Index results into plain-language “maintenance instructions.”
  • Identify their high-octane motivators and energy-draining habits.
  • Recognize early warning signs of stress and outline strategies for recovery.
  • Communicate their operating preferences for smoother collaboration.
  • Create a one-page Operating Manual to share with colleagues and managers.

You’ll leave with a clear owner’s guide for how you work best—and how others can help you stay running at peak performance.

***NOTE:  This workshop is based on knowledge of your Kolbe Mode of Operation.  If you have not completed the Kolbe A Index and would like to do that prior to this workshop, please contact Sara@BIGiOK.com
