Discount:

There will be a section for discounts under the event session portion, discounts can ONLY be applied if you are attending the full conference on April 8th.

  • MEMBER AGENT PRICING- $299- YOUR Early Bird Registration COST: $199
    • Please note: After February 20th, member agent registration will increase to $249.
  • First Time Attendees may get $25 off their registration their full conference registration! Not valid with other credits or discounts.  

Hotel Reservations:

  • The BIGiOK room block is available at the Omni Oklahoma City Hotel, 100 Oklahoma City Blvd, Oklahoma City, OK 73109 A special rate of $229 per night has been secured exclusively for BIGiOK attendees. This rate is available now through March 9, or until the room block sells out—whichever comes first. We encourage attendees to book early to guarantee the discounted rate. Note: All fees associated with registration included.

Refunds/Cancellation:

  • Cancellations made 45 days or more in advance of the event date will receive 100% refund.
  • Cancellations made within 30-44 days of the event, will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made 8-14 days prior to the event, will receive a 25% refund.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.
    • Event cancellation policies are subject to change- Please reach out to us if you need to change your registration.
